    Most people say they hate having their photo taken, and most of them are wrong. We talk everyone through posture and framing before we shoot, and multiple looks means nobody is stuck with the one where they blinked.

  • One consistent look across the team

    Same background, same lighting, same edit style for every person, so your team page or directory does not look stitched together from five different sessions. Skin blemish retouching is included for everyone, not just the executives.

  • Back in your inbox fast

    Edited galleries are delivered in three to five business days as standard, with 24 hour express available on request. Photos arrive through a private, password protected online gallery, ready to download in the size you need.

  • Any size team, one booking

    We have covered events at the Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre and the Gold Coast Marathon, and we bring the same mobile setup to headshot bookings, from a five person leadership team to a full office. One booking covers your whole headcount, so there is no chasing people to book separately.

  • Covered if it matters

    We carry $20 million public liability insurance and can provide a certificate of currency for building management. Dates are secured with a deposit.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • $250 a head for 2 to 3 people, $200 a head for 4, $150 a head for 5 to 9, $110 a head for 10 to 14. For 15 or more we offer a custom quote at a reduced rate. A full day booking is $2,200. All prices are plus GST. Get a quote for your exact team size.

  • Setup takes 45 minutes. After that, allow 10 minutes per person, we can give you an exact running time once we know your headcount.

  • Yes. The mobile studio works in a boardroom, a breakout space or anywhere with reasonable light, so there is no need to book an external venue.

  • Yes, Brisbane is part of our regular coverage area alongside the Gold Coast.

  • Three to five business days as standard. 24 hour express is available on request if you need them sooner.

  • Yes, we carry $20 million public liability insurance and can send a certificate of currency to your building management before the shoot.

  • Credit card, direct deposit or PayPal. A deposit secures your date, with the balance due before the edited gallery is released.
