Frequently Asked Questions

  • We have a password protected online gallery which you can share with your guests if you choose to. From here, there is a one-click download all button.

  • We aim to have them completed within three to five business days. Often we are much faster than this.

  • We can deliver photos onsite or within 24 hours. Let us know your goals and we can update the quote with some options.

  • Yes, Brisbane is part of our regular coverage area alongside the Gold Coast.

  • Yes, we carry $20 million public liability insurance and can send a certificate of currency if your venue needs one.

  • We work on a first in, first served basis. We will let you know if someone else is looking at your date, and a deposit locks it in.

  • Credit card, direct deposit or PayPal. A deposit secures your date, with the balance due before the edited gallery is released.
