Most people say they hate having their photo taken, and most of them are wrong. We talk everyone through posture and framing before we shoot, so nobody walks away with the one where they blinked.

Add the QR code check in and every delegate signs up before they sit down. You leave with a contact list to follow up with, not just a gallery.

Custom branded delivery, fast
Delegates get 3 to 4 photo options, with at least 1 guaranteed, delivered fast. Add the QR code check in and those emails go out from your own domain with your logo and your text, so it reads as your follow up, not ours.

Any size activation, one booking
We have shot everything from a five-person exhibitor stand to three-day national conferences. One booking covers the whole activation, however many people come through.

Covered if it matters
We carry $20 million public liability insurance and can provide a certificate of currency for venue and event management, which most conference centres ask for before letting a photographer onto the floor. Dates are secured with a deposit.

This is a conference headshot straight out of camera, no retouching, just our in-house preset. Good lighting does 80% of the work, direction the other 20%. That's the standard on every shoot.

We charge by the hour onsite, with a 4 hour minimum, rather than a per-head rate. Multi day conferences are quoted as one activation. Tell us your rough delegate numbers, whether it is one day or multiple, and how much space you can dedicate to headshots, and we will send a quote.

Setup takes 30 to 45 minutes. For conference headshots we try to get through them quickly, but we still get a good shot. Allow 1 to 2 minutes per person.

Yes. The mobile studio works on an exhibitor stand, in a breakout room or anywhere with reasonable light and space, so there is no need to book an external venue.

Yes, as an add-on. Delegates sign up with a QR code, which creates a live queue so each photo is matched to the right person as they are shot. They get 3 to 4 photo options, with at least 1 guaranteed, delivered fast, and you get their sign up data too. Delivery emails go out from your own domain with your branding, not ours, so it reads as part of your event.

Three to five business days as standard. Add the QR code check in and delegates get their photos before they leave your stand. 24 hour express is available on request for standard bookings.
