How much do corporate headshots cost in Brisbane?
Corporate headshots in Brisbane run between $110 and $250 a head, and the thing that really moves the number is how many people you are photographing. Below are our actual rates, why they work the way they do, and how to work out your own total before you talk to anyone.

A full day booking is $2,200. All prices are plus GST.
Why the per person rate drops
The setup is the same whether you are photographing 3 people or 30. Our mobile studio takes 45 minutes to set up in your boardroom, a breakout space or a corner with decent light, and about the same to pack down.
After that it is roughly 10 minutes a person. The fixed cost of turning up spreads further across a bigger team, so the per head rate comes down with it.
Past about 20 people the $2,200 day rate usually beats the per head price, which is why we quote 15 and over case by case rather than running the ladder further down.
Working out your own number
A 6 person leadership team is 6 at $150, so $900 plus GST, and about 1 hour 45 on site once setup is counted.
A 12 person office is 12 at $110, so $1,320 plus GST, and about 2 hours 45 on site.

What cheaper usually costs you
There are cheaper headshots in Brisbane than ours. The saving normally shows up in one of three places, and it is worth knowing which one before you book.
The first is time per person. Two minutes a head gets you a photo, not a good one, and the people who photograph badly are exactly the ones who need the other eight minutes.
The second is retouching. Ours includes skin blemish retouching for everyone on the team, not just the executives.
The third is insurance. We carry $20 million public liability and can send a certificate of currency straight to building management, which most Brisbane CBD offices want before they let a photographer onto the floor. Only the cowboys that don't know what they're doing don't have it.

What else changes the price
Turnaround is the main one. Edited galleries are delivered in 3 to 5 business days as standard, and 24 hour express is available on request.
Background colour changes and extra export sizes are part of the edit rather than an add on, so a headshot that needs to work on a white team page and a dark LinkedIn banner comes back ready for both.
